Xeomin is an acetylcholine release inhibitor and neuromuscular blocking agent indicated for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines associated with corrugated and/or procures muscle activity in adult patients.
Xeomin is used to block muscle movements in areas that cause wrinkles. It is normally used in the forehead, between the brows, to help soften frown lines. Xeomin only has an impact on muscle movement, and does not have any effect on filling deep wrinkles that have already formed.
You can normally start to see results as early as 24 to 48 hours after your appointment. Results that look and feel natural.
Xeomin can be used to treat:
• increased muscle stiffness in the arm of adults with upper limb spasticity
• abnormal head position and neck pain in adults with cervical dystonia
• abnormal spasm of the eyelids (blepharospasm) in adults who have had prior treatment with Botox
Xeomin is better than Botox, and you will be able to see faster results that last longer.
